松(song)香按其來(lai)源分為(wei)脂松(song)香(xiang)、木松香(xiang)、浮(fu)油(you)松香3種。脂松(song)香(xiang)也稱(cheng)放松香,顏(yan)色(se)淺,酸(suan)值(zhi)大,軟(ruan)化(hua)點(dian)高(gao);木松香(xiang)又(you)稱浸(jin)提(ti)松香(xiang),質量(liang)不如(ru)脂松(song)香(xiang),顏(yan)色(se)深(shen),酸(suan)值(zhi)小(xiao),且易從(cong)某些溶(rong)劑(ji)中(zhong)結(jie)晶(jing);浮(fu)油(you)松香又(you)稱妥(tuo)爾油(you)松香。松香為壹種透(tou)明(ming)、脆性(xing)的固(gu)體(ti)天(tian)然(ran)樹脂,是(shi)比(bi)較復(fu)雜(za)的混(hun)合(he)物,由樹脂酸(suan)(樅酸(suan)、海(hai)松酸(suan))、少量(liang)脂肪(fang)酸(suan)、松(song)脂酸(suan)酐(gan)和中(zhong)性(xing)物等組成(cheng)。松(song)香(xiang)的主要成(cheng)分為(wei)樹脂酸(suan),占(zhan)90%左右(you),分子(zi)式為C19H29C00H,分子(zi)量(liang)302.46。樹脂酸(suan)是(shi)有代(dai)表性(xing)的松(song)香酸(suan),屬(shu)不飽(bao)和(he)酸(suan),含(han)有(you)共(gong)軛(e)雙鍵(jian),強(qiang)烈吸(xi)收(shou)紫(zi)外(wai)光(guang),在空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)能(neng)自(zi)動氧化(hua)或誘(you)導(dao)後氧(yang)化。松(song)香(xiang)外(wai)觀為(wei)淡(dan)黃(huang)色至(zhi)淡(dan)棕色(se),有玻(bo)璃(li)狀光(guang)。
松(song)香軟(ruan)化(hua)點(dian)的(de)測試方法(fa)主要采用(yong)環球(qiu)法(fa)。這(zhe)種(zhong)方法(fa)使(shi)用(yong)全(quan)自(zi)動軟(ruan)化(hua)點(dian)測定儀,具體(ti)步(bu)驟(zhou)如(ru)下(xia):
1.準(zhun)備材(cai)料(liao)和(he)設備:需要準(zhun)備直徑(jing)約5mm的(de)松(song)香(xiang)試樣約5g,使(shi)用(yong)容量(liang)約(yue)為(wei)800ml、直徑(jing)90mm高度不低於140mm的燒杯,以(yi)及山(shan)東盛(sheng)泰儀器有限公(gong)司生(sheng)產(chan)的全(quan)自(zi)動軟(ruan)化(hua)點(dian)測定儀。
2.試樣準(zhun)備:將稱(cheng)取(qu)的(de)松(song)香試樣放入具柄(bing)瓷(ci)皿中(zhong),慢(man)慢(man)加熱至(zhi)盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)低的(de)溫(wen)度下(xia)熔(rong)融,避免(mian)產(chan)生(sheng)氣(qi)泡和發煙(yan)。熔融的(de)松香立即(ji)註(zhu)入平放的銅(tong)板上(shang)預(yu)熱(re)的圓環中(zhong),待(dai)松香凝(ning)固(gu)後,輕輕移(yi)去(qu)銅(tong)板,環內應充(chong)滿松香(xiang),表(biao)面(mian)稍(shao)有(you)凸起。用(yong)電(dian)熨鬥(dou)和電(dian)熱(re)板(ban)燙(tang)平(ping)後(hou),備做檢(jian)驗(yan)。如(ru)果(guo)環內松(song)香有凹(ao)下(xia)或氣(qi)泡等情況(kuang),須(xu)重(zhong)新制作(zuo)。
3.測定過程:將準(zhun)備好(hao)的試樣圓環放在環架板(ban)上(shang),把鋼球(qiu)定位器(qi)裝在圓環上(shang),再(zai)把鋼球(qiu)放入鋼球(qiu)定位器(qi)中(zhong)心(xin),然(ran)後將整(zheng)個環架放入燒杯內。傾(qing)入新煮(zhu)沸過而冷卻至(zhi)35°C以(yi)下的(de)水於燒杯內(如(ru)果(guo)試樣的軟(ruan)化(hua)點(dian)高(gao)於(yu)80°C時,傳熱介質應改(gai)用(yong)甘(gan)油(you)),使環架板(ban)的上(shang)面至(zhi)水面保(bao)持51mm。放置(zhi)10min後,開啟(qi)全自(zi)動軟(ruan)化(hua)點(dian)測定儀的電(dian)源開關,按(an)“啟(qi)動試驗(yan)”鍵(jian)後(hou),使水溫(wen)升(sheng)高(gao)5±0.5°C/min並不斷的(de)充(chong)分攪(jiao)拌,使(shi)溫(wen)度均(jun)勻(yun)的(de)上(shang)升。當(dang)包(bao)裹(guo)鋼球(qiu)的(de)松(song)香(xiang)落(luo)至(zhi)金屬平(ping)板(ban)上(shang)時,該通道溫(wen)度被(bei)儀器自(zi)動檢測到(dao)且(qie)溫(wen)度及(ji)時間值(zhi)被鎖定不再(zai)變(bian)化(hua),此溫(wen)度即(ji)為(wei)松香的軟(ruan)化(hua)點(dian)。
結(jie)果(guo)報(bao)告(gao):兩次平(ping)行試驗(yan)允許相(xiang)差(cha)0.4°C以(yi)內,算術平均值(zhi)為結(jie)果(guo),並(bing)報(bao)告至(zhi)小(xiao)數(shu)點(dian)後壹位。
